Nylon Lycra comes in a wide range of colours, and we stock 15 of the most popular.
There is 4 way stretch in this fine Italian fabric, and it has a perfect fit and an added sheen. Shape retention and UV protection are both provided by UPF 50+.
A nylon (polyamide) component makes up 80% of the fabric and 20% of the fabric is elastane. The fabric weighs 190g/m2.
Depending on your needs, we can also supply other colours. This order requires a minimum quantity of 50 items.

Several types of nylon and polyester are used to make our rash vests (both chlorine-free and non-chlorine-free options are available). In order to print rash vests, we either screen print or sublimate. A sublimated rash vest can be made from eco polyester or standard polyester fabric.
